Submissions are accepted from November 10, 2025 at 12:00 AM PDT (1:00 AM UTC) until December 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC.

Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

The contest is open worldwide to individuals who are of legal age in their jurisdiction.

You must enter as an individual (no teams or entities).

Employees of Aria, NANA, DOKO, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Participation is void where prohibited by law.

After registering, you'll receive access to vocal, instrumental, and musical stems for the songs 'God', 'Hurt', and 'Daylight' by NANA.

Create your remix using these stems exclusively.

Submit your remix via the contest portal at www.ariaprotocol.xyz and upload it to YouTube.

Your remix must be original and created exclusively for this contest.

YouTube monetization must be toggled OFF.

Your video description must include:

• 'Remix Competition for Aria'

• 'This audio is strictly prohibited from being used for AI production or training purposes. This video and music have been officially approved by the original copyright holders.'

Failure to include these requirements may result in disqualification.

Grand Prize: $10,000 USD

Second Prize: $3,000 USD

Third Prize: $2,000 USD

Additional prizes may be awarded in cash, tokens, or other value as determined by Aria.

Winning remixes may be commercially released with remix credit.

If your remix is released, you'll receive 20% of Aria's Net Profits from the remix.

50% by $ARIAIP community voting

50% by judging by NANA and producer DOKO

Aria or NANA may choose not to select a winner if no entry meets quality standards.

Aria reserves the right to offer additional prizes.

If you receive a prize (cash or tokens), your remix becomes a 'work made for hire' and Aria owns all rights worldwide. 20% of Aria's net profits received from exploitations of the Remix will be credited to you.

If you don't receive additional compensation, you grant Aria a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your remix for promotional purposes.

You cannot commercially release your remix yourself - it's limited to personal, non-commercial, non-political use only.

Your remix must be original and not contain unlicensed samples or third-party material.

No AI-generated content is allowed.

No offensive, trolling, defamatory, political, or derogatory content.

You cannot use the contest stems for any purpose other than participating in this contest.

You cannot commercially exploit your remix.

Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at submission.

You must respond within 2 business days.

Winners will be required to sign additional documentation within 2 days of notification.

If a potential winner doesn't respond or is ineligible, Aria reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Ensure your remix is original and doesn't infringe any third-party rights.

Comply with all YouTube requirements.

Respond promptly if you're selected as a potential winner.

You're responsible for all applicable taxes on prizes.

You agree to indemnify Aria against any claims arising from your participation.
